A rearview image that does not display reduces the driver's view behind the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.

A software error may deactivate the rearview camera image, resulting in the image not displaying. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 111, "Rear Visibility."

A fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source increases the risk of fire.

High temperatures in the engine compartment may damage the fuel line quick connector, possibly resulting in a fuel leak.
