Pieces of foam can present a choking hazard to a child, increasing the risk of injury.

The included model numbers are CC321GYU, CC321GYUD, CC321GYY, CC321GYYD, CC321HAO, and CC321HAR. The headrest foam pad is not adequately secured, which can allow a child to pick off pieces of foam.
